Is a locked door to a private office suitable? Why lock drawers?
In some cases a locked door is sufficient, but locked drawers provide an added level of security to protect against casual viewing by University personnel who may have access to your office via a building master key or other means. The University Data Handling Standards require the use of a locked door and locked drawer for Highly Sensitive information.
