What types of records are student employees not allowed to access?
There are no pre-set limitations on the types of records that student employees may access. As with any employee, student access to Sensitive University information should be limited to that information required to carry out their assigned job functions. Access to Highly Sensitive information requires written authorization from the relevant Data Steward, and a signed confidentiality agreement.
